Administration
Our college being a private aided college, governing body’s Managing Committee is at the top of the organisational structure of the college.
Under able guidance and support of the VPM Managing Committee the Principal of the college heads the administration, academics and library. Since April 2004 the Principal’s post is vacant and the senior most Professor is given additional charge as Incharge Principal. The charge so given is approved by the University. In the hierarchy- below the Principal, in respect of academics, there is the senior most teacher; all other teachers will be hierarchically next to the senior most teacher. The student council will function under the teachers. Since the year 2016 Maharashtra Public Universities Act that requires elected Student's Council there has been no students' council. Volunteers from students participate in the administration.
In respect of administration, the office superintendent will be the next in command and will shoulder responsibility under the Principal. Under the OS will be placed the head clerk, senior clerk and junior clerk hierarchically one below the other. The class four employees- peons first and sweepers below them occupy the last rung.
Librarian has the assistants below her and class four employees under the assistants. The Librarian reports to the Principal. In the internal functioning, coordination, decision making and monitoring, the various committees constituted by the management and college play a crucial role.
