STRUCTURED FEEDBACK ON CURRICULUM

Vidya Prasarak Mandal’s Thane Municipal Council Law College Thane, is affiliated to University of Mumbai. The Revised Curriculum (REV-2022-2023, 75:25 Pattern) is implemented with effect from the academic year 2022-2023. In 2019-20, the University of Mumbai brought to in force the Choice Based Credit and Grading system 60:40. The 60:40 pattern will remain applicable to the students who are admitted to the Three Year LLB Program prior to academic year 2022-2023. The College has a very limited role in the revision of the curriculum. The College has still initiated a stakeholder feedback policy for the new Revised Curriculum of 2022-2023 for continuous improvement in curriculum design.

The main purpose of this policy is to collect the stakeholders’ perceptions of the effectiveness of the curriculum. Feedback is collected from the stakeholders such as Full-time faculty, part-time and visiting faculty as well as guest faculty and also Students, Alumni and Parents.

Online feedback through Google forms or through writing to the Principal are invited. The collective feedback of all the stakeholders will be analysed and a consolidated report of the recommendations will be prepared. The recommendations will be communicated to the Dean of Law and also Board of studies in law of the University of Mumbai for consideration.

The response received till 31st May, only will be analysed and referred to the concerned authority.
