Infrastructure

The college is housed in a 4 storied building in the freehold land of 13.5 acres of management. We have spacious classrooms, moot court hall, Library with reading hall and computer section, Legal Aid room and Conference room for teaching-learning. These are supported by teachers’ common room with cubicles for teachers who want to work/read in solitude, ladies’ common room, adequate toilet blocks for students and teachers, administrative office with counters, record room, storage room, pantry and Principal’s and office superintendent’s office. Spacious corridors mark our building. Adequate furniture, fixtures, computers, internet connection, electricity connection, water supply, proper sanitation and drainage are provided in our building. We have overhead projector, LCD projectors, black/green and white boards and sound system. The physical facilities are properly cleaned and maintained. The campus is green and clean with multiple auditorium and canteen.

Library

Our institution is having 5 computers installed in the library in 150 Square feet area specially made as computer lab. We have Data base and open-source E-journals. The internet is available in the library. The Vidya Prasarak Mandal’s server room is taking care for the maintenance of the computers. The librarian with two library attendants supervises the computer lab of the college. Library: The College is having a specious library hall at ground floor. The seating capacity of the library is 150. The library is having the 26000 (Twenty-Six Thousand) books, reference books, journals, Law reporters, magazines and daily newspapers for the students. Library is using KOHA software to assist to Library for housekeeping operations such as acquisition cataloguing, circulation, OPAC, serial control, stock verification, etc. Our library appreciates the demands of the students about book and after going through its relevance with the given syllabus take decision. Library has done complete stock verification of books after four years. Library organized book exhibition on the occasion of Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti as well as on other days as planned by the College. The librarian conducts the workshop for the first LLB students about using of data base and information of using E-journal, visiting Supreme Court and High Courts etc.

Classrooms

College is having ground three floor building containing 13 class rooms, 2 at ground floor, 3 on first floor, 6 on second floor and 2 on third floor.

One Moot court hall with ICT and mic facilities. Moot court hall is being used for conducting competitions, seminars, and workshops. The cleaners are given responsibility of cleaning each room. The head of the institution take the rounds regularly.

Sports

Vidya Prasarak Mandal, Thane is having a big sport complex. The sports infrastructure includes Cricket ground, Kabaddi Ground, Badminton ground, Basket Ball, Gymkhana, Carom board, Badminton, Volley ball, Tennis ball, Kho-Kho ground, Athletics track etc. College organises the sports and cultural activities once in the year. In our campus, on 17th Dec 2022 a high standard multi sports turf has been inaugurated and dedicated to the student community.
